Division rivalry home games for Falkner, Walnut and Ripley

All three Tippah county teams have huge home rivalry games tonight with playoff implications. Kickoff for all three is set for 7 pm.

Walnut will take on the Baldwyn Bearcats in a game that has been a battle the last several years. The wildcats are back at home after falling to East Union on the road last week. Currently Walnut is on pace to make the playoffs but they need to secure a win to ensure they get there.

Falkner takes on Tupelo Christian prep in a game that could decide which of these teams makes the playoffs. TCPS lost last week to Okolona while Falkner fell to Smithville. The Eagles need a packed crowd tonight as they fight for a spot in the playoffs.

Ripley is at home against long time division rival Corinth. Corinth leads the division and has looked very impressive while Ripley is looking to secure a win that could propel them to the top of the division standings.
