Today, Tippah County schools are bringing the heat with a full slate of games, especially in girls volleyball. Four different matches are set to thrill fans from morning until early afternoon.
At 8:00 AM, the Pine Grove Panthers and Walnut Wildcats face tough competitions on the road at New Albany MS, but the real action kicks off at home. Pine Grove will challenge Lake Cormorant at 9:00 AM in their home gym, while Walnut hosts New Albany at the same time in a match that’s sure to be competitive. Later, Walnut Wildcats will take on Olive Branch at 10:00 AM at Walnut, with both teams looking to showcase their skills. Then, at 11:00 AM, Pine Grove heads to Walnut MS to meet the Wildcats in what promises to be an exciting showdown. Walnut will also host Pine Grove at 11:00 AM in the same gym, providing a great back-to-back matchup for volleyball fans.
In the afternoon, Pine Grove will return home at noon to face Olive Branch once again. Closing out the busy day, Walnut Wildcats will travel back to New Albany MS at 1:00 PM to take on the Bulldogs.
