Blue Mountain Christian University Leads with 27 NAIA Spring Scholar-Athletes

The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics announced the 2026 NAIA Spring Sport Scholar-Athletes, recognizing student-athletes who excel in both academics and athletics. The list includes athletes from baseball, softball, golf, lacrosse, track and field, tennis, flag football, beach volleyball, and men’s volleyball.

Blue Mountain Christian University led all schools with 27 athletes named to the list, showcasing the university’s strong academic and athletic programs, according to the NAIA.

These honors are awarded each semester to student-athletes who demonstrate excellence in their respective sports and maintain a high level of academic achievement, the NAIA said.
