Nine Tippah County Girls Named to All-State Teams, Blue Mountain Leads With Four Players

Nine Tippah County girls basketball players were named to various All-State teams for their 2021-2022 season.

Girls from Walnut, Ripley, Pine Grove and Blue Mountain were selected.

Walnut had the only 1st team selection in Tippah County.

Below are the selections.

Walnut:

MK Vuncannon made the SportsMississippi.com FIRST TEAM All-State and the CaptialSports honorable mention all-state team. Vuncannon finished the year tops in the state in points per game.

Harley Garner made the CapitalSports Honorable Mention All State team

Ripley:

Alorian Story made the SportsMississippi.com 2nd team All State in 4A.

Pine Grove:

Lana Rowland made the SportsMississippi.com Third Team All State and the CapitalSports Honorable Mention All State team.

Blue Mountain:

Teauna Foote made the SportsMississippi.com Third Team All State
