Walnut, Pine Grove and Falkner competing in PG summer league softball

All three were in action with Falkner and Walnut squaring off while Pine Grove took on Hickory Flat.

All three schools were pitching new pitchers compared to last year. Walnut took out Falkner while Pine Grove downed Hickory Flat.

The biggest take away from the day was that the Lady Panthers have a chance to have a special season. They have quality defensive players, timely hitting and a shut down pitcher. The right combination of experience and youth. They are a team to watch for this upcoming season.
