Ripley Coach Steve Willey named coach in MAC All Star game
Ripley head basketball coach Steve Willey has been named the coach of the 4/5/6A Mississippi Association of Coaches North girls all star basketball team.
The announcement was made via twitter:
This comes after Willey won his first state championship as a coach last season in leading the Ripley Lady Tigers to a wire to wire #1 ranking and state title.
Willey was also named the MAC statewide girls coach of the year for 2019-2020.
Jason Broom is set to the be the other 4/5/6A coach.
