In a matchup of two of the premier defensive teams in north Mississippi, Ripley used a balanced offensive attack and a swarming defensive effort to best Booneville on Tuesday.
The Tigers jumped out to a big first quarter lead in a game they never trailed and led by 37 points at one time, ultimately getting a big 60-37 win over a talented Blue Devils team.
Ripley got double digit scoring performances from Asa Howard and Trae Mason plus sound defense and solid ball handling from Cam Rucker.
