Tippah County Sports History: Video of Armani Linton 2013 game winning kick return

We are highlighting some top plays, games and performances in Tippah County football history as we prepare for the 2022 season.

One of the top plays in the biggest in county rivalries history is near the top of the list.

Falkner took the lead over Walnut in the 2013 Joe Bowl with just 11 seconds left on a Jase Stroupe to Chris Blackmon touchdown pass.

The Wildcats and coach John Meeks didnt panic, though.

They just knew they needed to get the ball into the hands of future Dandy Dozen Armani Linton.

Linton delivered with a walk off game winning touchdown on the return.

Pandemonium ensued.
