Pine Grove Volleyball gets set for 2nd season as a program

Pine Grove is getting set to open their 2nd season playing volleyball and head coach Justin Jordan feels that his squad, many of whom had never played the sport in any setting before a season ago, is poised to grow as a group this year.

“We are focusing on building our team chemisty and fixing things that were a part of the learning curve from a season ago,” Coach Jordan said. “We have really focused practicing on our defensive alignments and being more consitent on our serving,” he said about what they have been focused on.

The Lady Panthers return several key pieces from a season ago.

Kenzie Miller and Kaylee Haynes return as senior starters that will be looked to for leadership. They were both All County performers in 2019.
